SHREVEPORT/BOSSIER CITY, La. — Brian Crawford was sworn in as the newest member of the Caddo-Bossier Parishes Port Commission. Crawford was appointed by the Bossier City Council to replace retiring commissioner Bill Altimus.
Crawford currently serves as Senior Vice-President with Willis Knighton Health. He has his Masters in Industrial Psychology from Louisiana Tech University and a Masters in Health Administration from LSU Shreveport. He has a long history of public service in northwest Louisiana. He is the former fire chief for Shreveport and Plano, Texas. He later moved into Government Plaza as Assistant Chief Administrative Officer and later became Chief Administrative Officer.
