BIOGRAPHY
Monty J. Burt has served in Federal Law Enforcement for 23 years. During his 23 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Mr. Burt has served as a Special Agent in the Jackson, Mississippi Field Office and the New Orleans Field Office, Shreveport Resident Agency. Mr. Burt has conducted complex investigations into violations of Federal Law, such as violent crimes involving gangs, crimes against children, fugitives, missing persons, kidnappings, car-jackings, and bank robberies. Mr. Burt has served as the Violent Crimes Task Force Coordinator, where he led a multi-agency task force that conducted complex investigations into violent criminal enterprises. As an FBI SWAT Operator and Sniper in both the Jackson and New Orleans Divisions, Mr. Burt has assisted in the planning and participated in numerous high-risk tactical operations such as hostage rescue, high-risk fugitive arrests, high-risk search warrants, and a prison riot and takeover. Additionally, as a SWAT operator, Mr. Burt has performed dignitary protection operations for high-level government employees and served at numerous significant crisis management events, including NFL games, Super Bowls, National Championship College Bowl Games and Mardi Gras. After retirement, Mr. Burt has worked in the private investigation and banking security sectors.

Audrion’s passion is helping people. After 22 years serving in the US Air Force in logistics and as a 1st Sergeant, his love of music and influence from his father’s entrepreneurial spirt as a Club owner in Georgia helped birth SkillzPlus Entertainment Inc. in 2016. He leads SkillzPlus to bring people joy through music and creating lasting memories for weddings and school and corporate events. Audrion understands that people do business with people and hopes that bringing to light the lives and journey of local businesses, artists, and leaders through his “There It Is” podcast will help make them even more relatable to the community. He serves as a Chamber Diplomat and Vice President of the Chamber’s Business Development Connection helping the community and local businesses.

Dr. Magner experience includes higher education and K-12 CIO roles, retail and K-12 data standards development as well as senior leadership positions in the public, private and non-profit sectors including as Director of the Office of Educational Technology for the U.S. Department of Education; Executive Director of K12 Education for Microsoft and Executive Director of the Partnership for 21st Century Skills. Dr. Magner earned a BA from the College of William & Mary, an M.Ed. from Harvard University and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University.
