YPI Philanthropy of the Year

PHILANTHROPY OF THE YEAR

The Young Professional Initiative (YPI) was founded in 2004 in conjunction with the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce and Bossier Chamber of Commerce. In keeping with our mission to grow our community, each year YPI selects a local nonprofit organization who is a member of either the Greater Shreveport or Bossier Chamber, as our Philanthropy of the Year.

The Philanthropy of the Year receives direct assistance through marketing and providing volunteers from YPI members to support their activities and events. The Philanthropy of the Year also receives a $1,000 grant from funds raised during our annual 40 Under 40 Gala fundraiser.

To be considered for our Philanthropy of the Year, please download and complete this application and submit by email to YPI at [email protected] or by mail to Young Professional Initiative, 400 Edwards St, Shreveport, LA, 71101.

The deadline for returning the application is noon on October 1st.

If you have any questions or would like additional information, please feel free to e-mail us at [email protected] or call 318.677.2500.
